Founder, Libby Gluck, brings over 15 years of experience across fashion, lifestyle, and non-profit industries. Joining Stella & Dot Family of Brands in 2011, Libby grew through the ranks to lead integrated marketing and communications across 3 brands and 6 international markets. Her acumen for creative and authentic storytelling, building community initiatives, and identifying aligned partners helped to drive Stella &Dot’s $300M business and grow their community of brand evangelists from 20,000 to 50,000 at its peak. Libby’s experience working with partners across industries allows her to create results-driven integrated marketing strategies that amplify a company’s
mission and build customer loyalty. Libby also served for 9 years on the board of the Kenyan NGO, East African Center for the Empowerment for Women & Children. During that time, she oversaw their communications, events strategy, and traveled to Kenya to oversee student outreach projects.
Libby lives in Brooklyn, NY with her partner and dog.
Fun Fact - Libby’s favorite hobby is shuffleboard. Her team, The Peaches, are reigning “spirit” champs and hope to become the actual league champs in 2021!
